Meet the Owner of West Financial Services LLC
Meet Taucier Smalls-West, founder of West Financial Services LLC, where she helps small business owners keep more of what they earn with stress-free, done-for-you accounting. Her mission: eliminate overwhelm, boost profits, and build confident growth. After 20+ years in education, Taucier pivoted from the classroom to a calculator-trading chalkboards for spreadsheets when her seasonal side hustle in tax prep revealed a true calling.
In 2019, she launched West Financial Services, going full-time in 2023. Her real-world MBA? Building a business from scratch-and learning the costly lessons she now helps her clients avoid. While her firm serves all industries, she has a heart for landscaping business owners- often underpricing, overpaying in taxes, and operating without strategy. Taucier's here to change that. Her approach is rooted in clarity, care, and her guiding motto: "Leave people better than you found them." When she's not helping clients win financially, you'll find her fireside with her husband, Larry.
